after 10 years I recently decided to get back into playing roller hockey. I bought goalie equipment and my 1st game injured my knee cap. Even though I was wearing goal pads, I made a save and couldn’t move my knee too much for 2 days. I saw on hockeygiant that they sell goalie knee protectors - any of you goalies wear them ? should I buy them or are they really just for ice hockey ?
