How would I uninstall a specific driver with it?

Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > Double Click Device off list > Select Driver Tab > Uninstall
You don’t need a special software. Also this should be in Computers and Games
Umm…I want an application to do it through some code. 
Haha… funny part is a little part in my mind knew what it was, but forgot it was this.
MSDN has a couple of articles about it. What language do you need it in? Its command line so basically the same way as other command line statements.
Basically, I need to know how to use its features from the Shell Open command.
