Anyone know how to pull off this effect?

I want to have a pop up box come up on the act of clicking a link. I know how to do that, but when its up I want a link to a download… I want code to show how many people have downloaded that link… I’ve seen it on other sites, but don’t remember which and I really want this effect. Please help me guys, thanks!

Those didn’t help, I just want the code that shows the number of how many times its been downloaded… Not in flash, jsut on a page… Thankx

^That one was kinda weird. I didn’t know you had to upload like 6 .txt files. Hmm, how should I do that Jubba? I opened the .php file into DreamWeaver, should I just copy all that onto a page or what? It’s pretty large too…
