I have seen this before on screenshots of other’s desktops to where they have a menu (either on the side or bottom) with programs/icons of their choice. The menu acts like the menu on Apple systems where the icons scale according to where your mouse is, etc… The Windows taskbar is still readily available also. Is that a program I can download somewhere or is that something where I would have to get WindowsBlinds or some crap like that?
