Anyone have a good non-apple dual display option for my year and a half old mac pro?
Seems like Apple has left us mac pro users in the dust with the new 24" LED displays. I’d have to purchase two $180.00 adapters to go this already expensive route and i wonder if the isight camera would even work?
My only other option is a $1800.00 30" display which is LCD, nearly the price of new computer and on its way out.
Seems like other manufacturers are trailing apple significantly both in screen technology and overall color/brightness. Everytime i’m at an electronics store i practically puke all over the crappy displays they offer because they look truly hideous.
The fact that the 24" LED display from Apple is the only new monitor offering and that it has one option for connection (the mini display port) feels like a big middle finger from Apple pointed directly at us loyal Mac Pro purchasers!
