lol… so yeah. I’m building a new computer and I’m at a standstill on which ram to buy. Both are G.SKILL sets but from different series.
The first is the Ripjaws X series

Both are 240 pin sets and I feel like the Ripjaws is the better choice because it’s better timing and cas latency than the Sniper. But the idea of a lower voltage also is very enticing to me (and I was going to make the whole thing black/red). However, I don’t know enough about ram to know beyond the voltage helps on overclocking.
But I do know that that the Ripjaws is on sale for $55 dollars (originally priced the same as the Sniper) where as the Sniper LV is $76.
