I was wondering what is the best format for pictures if they on a website. One which will keep the quality quite high but also so the page won’t take a long time to load. I know most people have broad band but I know for experience that not being thought about is annoying. Does the situation change if the pictures are quite big. Would it be better to fiddle with the pictures in Flash or in Photoshop (e.g: Alpha and fading etc.)?
