FLASH and IMAGES

I’m just stumped with flash and getting good results with images…What format should I save the images before I import them into flash so that they remain crisp and in good quality? I import images into flash and when they are published the images look like s**t and pixelated and fuzzy.

Any suggestions?

i would say .gif myself or jpg anythin but .bmp

yeah, but jpg’s still get blurry when they are imported and then published. I see flash sites that have such high quality images and are so crisp…I can’t say I’m not jealous. I can’t get that kind of quality after publishing.
