Just for the record… I tried the file and followed the instruction and I had no problem running the file…
As for the counter… Do the refresh on the web browser you are using to see the number increased…
What file did you use to execute the web page? hit_counter.asp? Or counter.asp?
It was hit_counter.asp file…
