Yeah, I got it. I don’t know how but other people use this computer that are not very computer smart.

I found out when I tried to open spybot search and destroy and it would not open. That and regedit and msconfig. So I need to find a way to get ride of it. The file name is directs.exe and directs.exeopen I do not think that deleting the files will solve the problem but I don’t know. Maybe some free antivirus software?

I have Norton antivirus but guess what it won’t load.

Go into Safe Mode. Then delete the files. I got rid of a virus that way a month ago. This method is quite useful if you know the exact files that attack your computer.

google up a good site that will tell you which specific files to remove

Yeah I tired in safe mode but the file boots up with some registry key so it always loads up in windows boot process so I cant delete it.
