This guy, aalpha.org, has been breaking several rules, like posting in a Job Offer forum thread without actually being interested in the job:

Most of this guy’s posts just include links to livefreelancer.net and some other site, but his/her first ever post looks someone legitimate, since it was kind of a bid on some project.
Ideas?
