Basic question regarding the timeline

Hi
I don’t really like the way the new mx timeline works. I much preferred the flash 5 timeline. now when i try to drag an keyframe it acts differently. I was told i can change this somewhere so that it acts like flash 5.
Is this correct? and… if so how can I change it back. I looked in the preferences but I can’t find it.

Hey minky,
Go to Edit | Preferences. The Preferences dialog box will appear. Look in the section marked “Timeline Options”. Check the box for Span Based selection and that should help you get the Flash 5 frame selection style. The other two Timeline options check boxes will adjust some other things which I don’t know about :slight_smile:
