I gotta say that this is tough. I personally thought choosen lords was pretty neat, with songs like Fenix Funk. Druckqs has Vordhosbn, which more than makes up for the total incoherency of the album.
Richard D. James album has Fingerbib, which has a really interesting sound to it.
SAW 84-92 has a neat beat in Ageispolis, and really pulls off the ambient, minimalist style. SAW Volume II is simply strange, but I think its neat (a little too slow and minimalist for my tastes though).
I Care Because You Do has Albert Balsam and Ventolin, making it a worthy contender.
