Simple list of what it should do:

[]Sync specific folders not entire C.
[] I need it to only sync files that have changed sense the last back up.
[*]Pausable (so it can safely remove it).[/LIST] I’ve never worked with back up software so any suggestions would be nice.
//edit, Vista’s built in Back up took doesn’t exactly do what I need.
