never heard of one that has 100% but whats wrong with phpbb on your server?
I have no SQL editing abilities, it’s using someone else’s account through FTP
Umm. I NEED to be able to change the css/design completely. I don’t want the default or premade designs. I need to have background images from my own server. I also need to be able to change the layout :?
great css editing too:) apart from google text ads, it’s worth it
