Today I went to fix somebodys computer because some of their online account were hacked, so I used roguefix, spybot, adaware to remove it and did some other stuff. I was wondering is there any other programs you would use aswell, or any other techniques for getting rid of this stuff. I told them a reformat was the best option but they didn’t want that.
