Wow - I had no idea Vampire Hunter was also a series of movies! Vampire Hunter is one of the best arcade games I have ever played. I will definitely check those out sometime :}
I’m not sure if the Vampire Hunter Games had anything to do with the movie(s), I don’t think they are at all related… Vampire Hunter D is an anime about a Guy who hunts Vampires, and his name is D. His Hand talks to him, and eats dirt, and stuff. Yes, you heard me. His freaking hand!! There are a lot of Vampire Hunter somethings out there, but D is one of the best Animes ever, and the new movie that they just made a few years back is really sweet.
Maybe, for I looked at the screenshots from the movie, and several characters looked similar. In my view, almost all anime characters look/act kinda similar anyway hehe. With that said, I haven’t watched much anime in my life :chinaman:
EDIT: I think you are right. The characters look slightly similar, but they all have different names.

vampire hunter D - Is this the one where the vampires hand talks. If it is the one i’m thinking about then ya it is a kickass movie.
It seems that everyone here loves cowboy bebop and vampire hunter D… I’ve seen cowboy bebop and was pretty impressed with it… Yet, I’m suprised i haven’t seen Vampire Hunter! I’m going to get on that. By the way, NARUTO RULES!!! MUHAHA

ohh man sweet, im young (14) but a couple of years back SciFi channel (sky, uk) on staurday did a classic anime and i used to stay up into the wee hours of 3 in the morn to watch em all the where class, but then they stop them

Actually CosPlay is a big deal in the Anime Comunity (AniCom? :h:)
You’d be frightened by ACen… when I went (years ago), they had MechaGodzilla (which was a guy in about 50lbs of sodered metal and cardboard), and a 40 yr old Overwieght balding guy dressed as a Sailor Scout… scary…
I don’t do much in the costume department, but if I ever get back to Acen, I’ll try to go as Roger Smith.
