Blinn & Phong materials

Hooo!!!

What are the attributes of the Blinn & Phong materials respectively; I would like to create them in Swift 3D V3. I am 3D noob and as far as I can see the materials stated are not present in the program I am using.

Blinn and Phong are highly mathematical computation used to calculate light/environment reflections off a material. I do not believe swift has this ability. And this definately not something you create (so to speak) unless you are Senocular or Marz, you use it rather. Like in a program like 3d studio max.
