I’m interested in learning the recommendations of the other members of this online community when it comes to learning ActionScript through reading books. To me, it seems as though few good intermediate-to-advanced books exists that explain ActionScript. Considering the number of published books on the subject, I find that very disappointing.
I understand that ActionScript for Flash MX: The Definitive Guide, Second Edition by Colin Moock is highly recommended. I plan to purchase this book soon, if for no other reason that I’ve always enjoyed employing my O’Reilly for reference.
