I know this question may be asked a lot, but I am a very desperate person who lacks time. I did try an array of things:
easing IN and easing OUT
through the power of the properties bar when I changed my motion tween. Yet, the effect I was trying to capture is still not there. I have a couple of websites that show examples of the thing I am invisioning of doing on flash.

when you click on a button the box comes in but its not a simple ease IN however, a little bounce occurs.

when this site initially loads, the the “enter site” box comes in, as an added effect to the box, it “bounces.”
“crosses fingers” please can someone help me try and figure out how to do these types of effects. I hope it has nothing to do with actionscript but if it does, can someone please refer me to a site which can easily help layout this type of bounce effect. I TRIED and will keep on trying until I find a reasonable solution.
