So I decided to sign up for boxing lessons at my gym. They’re offering classes in December, and I spoke to one of the trainers(real nice guy). It sounds like a lot of fun. Basically they start you on the bag, teach you the basic’s, and slowly they let you spar with other guys your size and age, nothing intense or anything.
Good way to get in better shape then I am in now, and it would be good for a stress reliever.
Any of you guys box or anything?
