I’m working on a new project to promote my Facebook application.
These are going to be placed inside plastic Easter Eggs and hidden by volunteers all across the globe:
The goal is to hide over 500,000 of them to break the world record. Not sure if that will happen. Depends on the support I get from the users of my application.
Each card will have a random code sticker for them to enter in the website listed on the card (I don’t want to link to it because I don’t want Google to find it yet). The people who find them will ideally go to the site listed and enter the details about their find.
This will be cool because the codes are also linked to the hider so they will be able to track what happened to their cards after they hid them (who found them where).
I’d like you guys to review the cards (if you found one on the street would you go to the site and enter the code? If not, why not, what about the design would entice you to?).
And also on the website I have mockups of the recording process. I’d like suggestions on that as well (they’re just static images for the moment, click to move on to the next one).
