Button enable problems

My first post! Well I have a lot of questions but scared to ask cuz it might be the easiest thing to do Im fairly new to AS2, Ive been messing around flash for awhile now and know basic AS. This is my second day, I read the Macromedia Developer site, went through this forum and other webforums over and over to try to figure how to apply their scripts to mine but everytime I do it, its no good. I give up! I was wondering if someone can take a look at my flash file and give me advices on how to set up a button enable script. Its pretty plain and simple, I have a mc as a button with rollover actions calling an external swf on the main timeline using a container. I want the button to disable after it is pressed till another button get clicked. Thanks a lot in advance. I will be your best friends forever.
