Could someone help me out with the code for making a button finish its animation on mouseout? It doesn’t look good when the button “jumps” right back to its original position on mouseout, you know…
You could make a mouse out animation.
Smooth transitions… It is done here in a similar way, but with SWF loading:

Basically, you make a movie clip, have a stop on frame 1, and have the “mouse over” tweens after that, and then you stop again. On mouse out, it just plays the out-tro tweens after the second stop, and it goes back to frame one to stop. That is ONE of a million ways to set it up.
