C++ virus?

Recently, I have been getting a box that pops up saying: " a run-time error has occurred. The following program has been terminated." Or something along those lines. And in the title of the popup says “C++ run-time error”

This isn’t a pop-up from the internet browser, but rather in a regular window.

The path for the exe is: C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\kqzw\kqzwa.exe

I have ran a virus scan and two adware programs to see, but none have found the program.

Is this a virus?

Thanks.
Victor

EDIT/UPDATE: I just put in the path above, and found a directory. In said directory, I found a folder, so i opened it up, and found something very peculiar: it was some type of file entitled, “Vocabulary.” So I clicked on it, and up came a list of, you guessed it, vocab words.

Here is a snippet from the very, very long list:
jennifer
list
pop
anderson
results
message
inside
rock
categories
www
american
learn
enhance
faiths
Then at the very bottom of the list is a series of foreign characters - for instance, Ûç°Ä.
