Been going to the gym for a few months now. I have a bit of a problem. When I bench press, I have a rediculous pain in my inner left wrist. Kind of like a sharp pain going through it, but it doesn’t leave the inner wrist area. Has any of you guys had this problem? If so, will a simple wrist ban help, or should I see a doctor?
Also if anyone has any good workout’s they would like to share please post them.
