If you can make awesome websites, then I am in need of your help. I need an experienced web designer with a creative imagination to make a template for my web hosting company, TNTPowerHost. Note that this is just a template, not a full site. I will put in all my content and the such as necesary.
I would like it to be a fully HTML template, with a dynamic navigation bar with the following links (I will add the actual hyperlinks):

I also need a iframe somewhere else in the page, for a dynamic “Specials” area, so I can update one file and have it show up in that “Specials” area on all pages, instead of updating every page by hand.
