Can I do this?

I want to create a flash site that uses something similar to frames. If you see the attached image, I’d like to have my logo, and menu as part of an swf but a “box” to open a different HTML file. Can I do that? How?

well u could just makie it in DW or frontpage and use frames that would probably be the easiest way and make sure you link the flash buttons to the frame other than That i dont know
