Can you see my site?

Some people can see my site, and some cannot- I can’t figure out why.

I have assured all have Flash 6 plugin. The people that cannot see it are often in offices. Is it firewalls? Is there something wrong with my publishing settings? Naming convensions? Code?

Pleeeeaase help - Let me know if you can see the site, or if you have any suggestions with this problem.

I can see the site just fine.

It could very well be firewalls.

Or sometimes it could be the DNS server hasn’t updated its information.

But I would bet firewalls is it, firewalls often interfere with site viewing.

They (the people that cannot see my site) can see other flash sites. How can I change my settings to get through these firewalls?

I don’t think there is anything you can change to get around this. You may have to contact your host and find out whats up.

I’d assume it’s the DNS over the firewall

I’m behind a firewall and it’s fine…

but my site, www.eviltangerine.com is plagued by dns “mess” ups :stuck_out_tongue:

Well it depends on the settings.

My network at my ex-high school (graduated) was under a main security system and some sites couldn’t be accessed due to some reason or other because of the security system.

Could be the same situation in certain offices.

I remember when my teacher disabled all Flash sites… I was sad. But I was on his good side so he would disable all security on my machine :stuck_out_tongue: That way I got to play games on newgrounds and shockwave (about all I knew about flash then).
