Ive been trying to use Senocular’s code on my own gallery:

All aIve done is to change names in the xml and the portfolio in the code into galleri (gallery in swedish). The mc structure is also a bit more complex, but ive used the same instance names.
The XML finds the files, but the thumbs aint showing 
my failing result:
