Can't insert into database?

hi all, how come i cant insert records to the database even though i change this part from …
getURL(“http://www.delusionalfx.com/tutorials/flashASP/processForm.asp",0,"post”);
to …
"getURL(“c:\processForm.asp",0,"post”); " in the actions panel where my asp file resides in c:??
The file that i attached is a tutorial taken from here…
