I need to turn this picture from a regulair pic into a cartoonish style pic.
I dont have an example right now, but I’ll find it. In the style it’s being used plenty of dots. Like in the skin color, you use red dots on a white bg and from a distance it looks like a skin color. Red lips, blond hair and stuff, looking very 50s-ish:p
If you know of a turorial or something that could help me out that would be great.
Cause I don’t know what to google for to find the style. I have tried but no luck.
