i was wondering if anyone would try and help me have some fun with a picture that i transformed into “lines.” I am trying to create a cartoon like picture out of this original image

I myself am gonna try to use photoshop to do this, but i was hoping someone else with a little bit more skill could also try to let me know how i stack up. Hopefully someone has some free time.
