Change Style of UI-Component Scrollbar

Hi Folks,

could anybody please explain to me how to change the properties
of the UI-Component “Scrollbar” in MX2004? (like scrolltrack color, arrow color, …)
I mean in MX it was pretty easy using “FStyleFormat” ect. but in MX2004???
