Changing the color of the scrollbar component

Does anyone know of a way of changing the color of flash mx’s scrollbar component instead of it being the usual grey color?

I seem to be able to change the color of the scrollbar’s track but can’t seem to change the arrow buttons at either end. Would be good if it is possible to change the whole thing.
