In-grid AI is the killer feature here since it can split/trim/dedupe Column B and then roll it into a quick summary without bouncing between tools.
I’d still spot-check 10 random rows and keep prompts anchored to exact headers like “Customer Email” so it doesn’t invent columns.

Good call on spot-checking; I’d also lock the output to a new column or separate sheet so you can diff and undo cleanly if the AI mangles anything. For anything that touches emails or IDs, strip or mask sensitive fields before running in-grid AI.

Write AI results into a fresh column or a separate tab so you can diff against the original and roll back fast if it garbles rows.
Mask emails and IDs before you run anything, even if it’s “just” a shared Google Sheet.
