So… A fellow classmate wanted me to come up with a website for his small foundation he set up over the last summer. The programs name is Childern Direct, it helps a small school in South Carolina. Anyhow, Ive created a mockup for his site but havent had a chance to work on it in awhile becuase of those ■■■■■■ exams…
Anyhow, I know theres something missing and I still need to come up with a logo. So, if any of you guys could come up with some suggestions thatll be great! Also, help me brainstorm some concepts for a logo for a charity for childern? How would that work?

EDIT 2 I’ve worked on it a bit more, added a picture of a adorable child, I will replace it with a real photo of a real kid from that school this foundation is for once I get a picture…
Also, I played around with the color scheme… What do you guys think? A step backwards or a step forward?
EDIT 3 I’ve completly redid the color scheme… I’m not sure actually what to thing of this. I’m thinking of redesigning the whole structure of the site as the color schemes I was looking at really don’t fit this type of site? What do you gus think?
EDIT 4 A much brighter color scheme plus I rearranged the front page. Also added a secondary page…
