Unflux: Yeah, I am happy about the ps2, but that is not what made my christmas great, what made it great was that my whole family got to get together for christmas dinner. For the first time in a long time. My girlfriend was here too. I could have gotten no gifts and still would of had a great christmas.
Yeah, family is the most important thing to me.

Camera guy. Get yourself a download of Microsoft’s Netmeeting. It’s not the absolute best program, but it’s easy to set up, and last time I checked it was free. Because it’s a direct connection, there’s no hosting required. If you’re family has it on their machines as well, you guys can directly connect and share Camera views. (they don’t need a camera for it to work)
PS - with Flash MX out, you’ll likely find very affordable ways of sharing web cam views. Do not pay for a service. They are not worth it.
Lostinbeta ~ don’t worry about it. The Christians stole the entire thing from the pagan’s anyway. This season is universal now. Christ was born in late Spring or early Summer. It has always ,however, been a celebration of new life, and blessed rebirth of the world, long before the Christians got ahold of it. Be of good cheer… be warm with family and friends, eat good food, and share love… that’s what the season is all about. (those Christians are just lucky we let them celebrate with us on this most holy and high of days. )

and lastly, through a fickle fate of my Employee re-embursment program, I was forced to buy another few hundred dollars in comp hardware today. (compusa was having a one day sale) From that I got myself an Asus motherboard, an Athalon XP7200 Chip, and 512 megs of DDR Ram.

LIB~ not just a Wacom… an IntuousII wacom. Twice the pressure sensitivity, Tilt sensitivity, and another 2 inches to the drawing surface on either side.
I’m on the look out for the airbrush pen tool that can be used with this pad. It even has a finger spray control button like a real airbrush head.
My old Wacom Graphire, I think, is going to my mom. I think she’ll have a lot of fun with it.
