hey everyone
im making my church youth groups site to host our pics, movies, cal, info etc and im doing it in flash. thankfully i was sent here from some pals at spymac. ill probably be prety active here if anyone can help me w/ this project. i really care about it and i want it done right. so far, im working out the images, nav, and basic map out so im figuring out what i need to learn and what i need to do. hopefully you can help me here! ive already looked through the tutorials (which are great!) and have gotten the ball rolling. heres what i need help with right now:

ive done flash before , a little rusty, but im getting the swing of it again
right now, im setting up all the images and nav and how its going to work and how im going to make it
what i need to know is- how to include interactivity so when you scroll over an image, it moves, unveiling a menu
my goal is something similar to http://www.fuse.tv where there is a little man who jumps to either the junior or senior high title and pulls it down, unfurling a scroll with the menu contents that is the navigation
so i need to know- how to get interactivty w/ mouse
how to make that action trigger an animation
how to make that animation pull down an active menu with multiple links on it
can this be done, where can i learn, or can you teach me?
