Is there a way to set these tools so that they will give a preview type thing before they are created? I mean, when i drag a circle i would like a black line indicating where the circle will be, but it doesnt show that to me. Is there a setting somewhere cause i sure cant find it.
i am really not sure how you would get it to work, but if you need to resize the shape to the size that you want, right click and click on free Transform. 
i do get the black outline when i draw shapes
I do get a black outline of what I am drawing while I am drawing the shape.
