[Flash MX 2004]
I am trying to do a circular scroll. Please view attached gif for a mockup. I am not sure how to go about it, can someone point me in the right direction.

You need to use some trig. Since I so adore visual aids, I’ll create a Flash example.
how’s about an easing on the spin? like a roulette wheel?

the 3d tutorial I made also covers a little trig

you can rotate behind by using the angle variable
