I am looking for a fast & reliable programmer to encode a website for me. It is an exsisting flash website, but the client wishes to update their text + pictures via a backdoor in to the website.
I do have to keep to a tight budget on this project. BUT, i am looking for a full-time programmer with knowlege in PHP, CMS & Flash to work with permanently, so this project will lead to more.
