I’ve added the mock-up for the side nav of colours.
Well nobody gets what this is without a pretty long explanation, but hopefully after it gets completed it will be easy to figure out.
The basic idea is to merge, hotornot.com with deviantart.com - but it’s only a rating showcase for colors…
…Like you would submit a new color with the hex codes, a summary of what you used the color for, where you got your inspiration…
Other people browse the color swatches and rate what colors are hot.
You can also put a few of your submitted colors into a pallete. say you used 3 colors for a design and really liked the combination. you would enter in all 3 colors then link them.
The idea is to create a color resource for designers, to see what colors are “in”, new, work well with other colors… a color inspiration place.
