Im trying to make a comic in flash 8 but I want Each Panel To Sort of Light Up And Become a little bigger on mouseover. Just go to the link here and the rest is pretty self explanatory. I posted this here because the flash 8 forum is mostly used for info on the program and the actionscript is the same.
