Components dont show

my components dont work when i put them on a movie clip do i need to put them on the main time line im using flash mx 2004…and its on a child scene…im sorry im making a form using combo boxes and text boxes…form is going to a mysql database…[color=#22229c]http://www.nightspotz.com[/color] if u go to my site to the advertise link and on the right side there’s a read more link that goes to the advertise form…have’nt figured out how link button on a child of a child scene to go to the parent scene and replace the scene the button is on…
