NEVER EVER EVER GIVE THEM YOUR COMPUTER TO FIX!!

I had no choice it was a hardware problem and I had warranty bad mistake.
This is what I got when I handed in the computer, "it will be done in a week, maybe two

Week 1:
I receive this call “Your hard drive died…”

  • What do you mean it died? It wasnt dead when I gave it to you!
  • We-el its dead now…
  • umm… thats great…

Week 2:

  • The hard drive I ordered dosent work either so I will have to order another one

Week 3:

  • The hard drive I got still dosent work, but thats because the connector is broken (Why didn’t he think this in the FIRST PLACE!!!)

Week 4:

  • “I am waiting for confirmation from my manager before I can order a new connector”

Week 5:

  • “We got the connecter but its the wrong one”

Week 6:

  • “I am waiting for confirmation from my manager before I can order a new connector”

On Week 7 I get my computer back! Finnaly!

So I install Macromedia studio MX 2004 (yeah baby) Maya 5.0 (thats riiight!) And finnaly continue working on my clients site! I use it for a week and then just as I am to finish my clients site, WINDOWS(which CompUSA installed) REFUSES TO START! I just get the mouse and a black background and thats it! (This is the help part, if anyone knows what this could be or what I can do?) And to piss me off even further, during ‘Week 5’ my warranty ran out, so now they refuse to fix it!!!

ARGHHHHH!!!
