Several times this has happen to me and it’s really annoying. At times when any of the Windows applications doesn’t work, you get the usual “End Program” window. After that, when everything is normal, you press or select anything - nothing opens. CPU usage overload? Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn’t even respond.
