Hello, im making a website for a wedding, and one of the pages of the site is a confirmation page where the people confirm their assistance to the wedding, so im thinking something simple with HTML and css some yes / no radial btn’s and text box for the name of the person who is confirming, all this should be able to print and sent to an email or be stored in the server, so any ideas or tutorials where to start…
