Well I Always wanted to make a fantasy world were you can just have anything in it.
So thats what the contest should be like.
It has your own cool drawings.
We dont use PhotoShop or anything just
Flash MX or 5
The kb’s should be around 40kb cant go above it at all but you are aloud lower than it.
So what do you thinik.

I’d suggest a higher file size, especially if you wanted people to incorporate their artwork into it… Besides, 40 K really limits the amount of Bitmaps you could use. I could see a 40K limit on strictly vector battles, but i would consider raising it to atleast 125k, to allow more creative freedom…
