Continuous movement left and right? how?

I’m helping someone with their website design (I’m the only person they got) and I need to know how to make the continuous movement, not just going right, but left. can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks, -Eric. :-\

Thanks for replying, but I meant the continuous movement with the circles, not the infinite menu. If you know, please help.
